Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the nursery manager in planning and delivering the curriculum
- Supervise and support nursery staff
- Manage the nursery budget
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Liaise with parents and carers
- Represent the nursery to the local community
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care
- At least 3 years of experience working in a nursery setting
- Strong understanding of child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, resilience, and a love of children
