Nursery Deputy Manager

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
  • Ensure that the nursery complies with all relevant regulations and legislation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Supervise and support staff
  • Manage the nursery budget
  • Liaise with parents and carers
  • Represent the nursery to the wider community


  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
