Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
- Ensure that the nursery complies with all relevant regulations and legislation
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Supervise and support staff
- Manage the nursery budget
- Liaise with parents and carers
- Represent the nursery to the wider community
Qualifications:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
